Children over ten. Otherwise we offer accessorizes such as baby seats and trolleys.
Am I insured for any damage to the bike during the rental period?
Yes, the bycicles are insured for every damage but robbery and phisical damages to the client. It can change due to different circumstances.
What does the rental service include?
It includes the bicicle, the lock, the helmet, the basket and assistance if needed.
Which documents are required to rent a bicycle?
You will be asked either your driving license, ID card or passport.

What happens if I arrive late?
We expect the people to be on time, but if that is not the case they must mention it to a member of our team.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can as long as you do it 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged the 20% of the total amount.
Is there a scheduled toilet break?
Yes, there is. You get different breaks during the journey.
How is safety guaranteed during the tour?
It is guaranteed by the protection helmet we provide, our excellent quality bicicle and our puncture proof wheels. However,when needed, you can get a phone assistance.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
We costantly check the weather, we have got a water proof equipment and, when possible, the tour can be postdated to the earliest available date.
How long does the tour take?
It lasts 3/4 hours.

Minimum 4 and maximum 30 people per group.
